During my time at the University of Missouri, while studying biochemistry, I tutored other students in Math and Science courses. After graduating in May 2013, I immediately moved to Santiago de Chile to obtain my TEFL certificate and begin teaching English as a second language. When I returned to the US I started working in conservation work, which has been my main pursuit for the past two years. I’ve gotten to teach Leave No Trace principles and on-job skills to my wonderful crews. Finally, I spent my last winter teaching all age ranges how to ski in the beautiful Sawatch Mountains of Southern Colorado. I'd love to help you achieve your goals too. Whether it be a higher ACT score (While in high school I took the test 5 times to get the score I wanted), better Math comprehension, or improved language skills in English or Spanish, I will work with you to get one on one help.
